Compousoft acquires Access IT

Compusoft Group, a global visual CPQ provider, has acquired Access Information Technologies (Access IT), publishers of contractERP — an ERP solution tailored to the window & door and adjacent industries.

The acquisition strengthens Compusoft’s offering to customers in the window & door industry by adding new capability to manage complex business, operational and manufacturing processes. Combined with the existing range of configuration and pricing software, Compusoft will provide an expansive solution for customers to grow and optimise their business from front-end estimation through to back-end financials.

In addition to a wider product offering, the acquisition continues to expand Compusoft’s footprint in the North American market and introduces a leading presence in new adjacent industries, including architectural opening distribution, system integrators, and building material supply.

“Joining Compusoft as part of their rapidly expanding window & door division is a fantastic next step in our company’s journey. We are committed to continuing to deliver best-in-class solutions and support to our customers, while embracing our new relationship with the Compusoft team. Over time, this will enable us to leverage their platforms, processes, and infrastructure which will continuously improve our customer’s experience, success, and bottom line.  We can’t wait to get started and take our solutions to the next level of excellence,” says Bill Natalie, Access IT Partner and Executive VP.

David Tombre, CEO, Compusoft Group, adds: “We are delighted to welcome Access IT to our group. We are excited to be able to offer our customers in the window & door industry an end-to-end solution to help support their success, as well as welcome new customers from adjacent industries such as architectural opening distribution and building material supply. Access IT’s strong history and core values match our own and we look forward to our combined future.”
