Summa Equity has signed a definitive agreement to sell Lakers Group Holding (Lakers), an independent aftermarket service provider of water and wastewater pumps to Vestum AB (publ) (Vestum) for a total consideration of approximately SEK2 billion, of which cSEK250 million will be reinvested into Vestum.
Since Summa Equity’s acquisition of Lakers in 2018, the Company has grown rapidly through organic initiatives and a series of 14 acquisitions across the Nordic region, United Kingdom and Germany.

The Company contributes to improve SDG No6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and No9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) and serves as an important partner for the maintenance and service of our water and sanitation infrastructure.
