PGIM Private Capital provided a USD65.0 million Senior Secured Credit Facility consisting of a USD50.0 million Senior Secured First Lien Term Loan and a USD15.0 million committed Delayed Draw Term Loan to ED&F Man Capital Markets US Holdings, Inc, a global financial brokerage business.
