Funds advised by global private equity firm Permira are to acquire Mimecast Limited an email security and cyber resilience company.
Under the terms of the agreement, Permira will acquire all outstanding ordinary shares of Mimecast for USD80.00 per share in an all-cash transaction that values Mimecast at an equity value of approximately USD5.8 billion.
