I Squared Capital has closed the ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III at its USD15 billion legal cap, exceeding an initial target of USD12 billion.
Including commitments from I Squared Capital and a dedicated co-investment vehicle, the fund has USD15.5 billion in investable capital and received commitments from over 200 institutional investors, including public and private pensions, sovereign funds, insurance companies, asset managers and family offices in 27 countries.
I Squared Capital has targeted the deployment of approximately 36 per cent of the fund in ten investments across its targeted sectors.
