Inflexion has led the buyout of SteriPack Group Ltd (SteriPack), a global contract manufacturer serving the medical device, pharmaceutical and diagnostic markets.
Inflexion has led the buyout of SteriPack Group Ltd (SteriPack), a global contract manufacturer serving the medical device, pharmaceutical and diagnostic markets.
The investment is being made from Buyout Fund VI which closed on £2.5 billion in March 2022.
SteriPack provides outsourced design, development, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, sterilisation and supply chain services for medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical businesses, producing a range of products. The company employs over 650 people from its locations in Ireland, Poland, Malaysia and the US, and has over 100 global clients.
The funding from Inflexion will support the business to continue to scale globally as it benefits from strong market growth and further international expansion opportunities.
