COI Partners, a DACH-focused growth investor and pioneer in deal-by-deal investments, has held the first closing of COIP DACH Growth II SCSp, a Luxembourg-based fund focusing on growth companies.
With a target size of EUR120 million, the fund will match each future deal-by-deal investment by COI Partners. This will bring COI Partners’ assets under management to over EUR300 million and strengthen the firm’s mission of partnering with outstanding companies and entrepreneurs.
Primarily focused on DACH, the fund will target growth companies that have a proven business model, positive unit economics, and are ready to scale. COI Partners generally invests between EUR15 million and EUR30 million in initial and follow-on investments per company. The firm has historically focused on sectors such as IT and software, consumer and retail, life sciences, technology, and industrials, however, continues to pursue an industry-agnostic approach.
