King & Spalding has added private equity lawyer Paul Barron as a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) Practice Group in London.
Barron advises on a wide selection of corporate finance matters, with a focus on private equity and M&A transactions. He acts for numerous private equity managers, management teams, corporates and investors on key mandates, both in the UK and internationally.
Barron was previously at Dickson Minto in London, where he had been a partner since 2015. He received his undergraduate degree in Scots Law with French Legal Studies (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and post-graduate diploma from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
