Arlington Capital Partners has launched Eqlipse Technologies, (Eqlipse) a new platform company formed from firms focused on full-spectrum cyber and signals intelligence engineering, digital operations and identity management, and research and development.
According to a press statement, Eqlipse, which will deliver solutions to national security customers in the Defence Department and the intelligence community, is expected to be effective at the end the first quarter of this year.
The company, headed by chief operating office Katie Selbie, already has more than 600 employees and over $200 million in revenue, says Arlington.
