Lowenstein Sandler appoints new Partner and Chair of International Finance Practice

Lowenstein Sandler is pleased to announce that Rossie E Turman III has joined the firm as Chair of its International Finance practice. Turman will be an integral part of the firm’s Debt Financing group and The Tech Group. He joins Lowenstein’s New York office after 21 years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he was a partner for the last 12 years. Turman has been awarded several honors, including being named the Metropolitan Black Bar Association of New York City’s “Private Practitioner of the Year” and one of Savoy magazine’s “Most Influential Black Lawyers.”

Paladin Capital hires CEO of UK’s national cybersecurity centre

Paladin Capital Group, a leading global cybersecurity and deep tech investment firm, has just announced the appointment of Ciaran Martin, CB, as a Managing Director. Martin is regarded as one of the leading public voices on cybersecurity and joins from the UK Government’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), which he ran as its first CEO in 2016. Prior to this, Martin was head of cybersecurity for the UK Government’s Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) from 2014, before the NCSC was formed.
