Stonepeak, an alternative investment firm specialising in infrastructure and real assets, has held the final close of Stonepeak Asia Infrastructure Fund with $3.3bn in total capital commitments, in excess of its original $3bn target.

Coller Capital, an investment firm focused on the secondary market for private assets, has committed to Permira’s new continuation fund, becoming the fund’s largest investor and accounting for 50% funds raised.

European growth investment firm Verdane has held final close of Verdane Edda III at €1.1bn, in excess of its original fundraising target. Verdane has now closed two funds above target in the past six months for a combined €2.2bn.

Lower middle market investment manager Keystone Capital Management, has held the first and final closing of its oversubscribed Keystone Fund III after just four months of fundraising at its hard cap of $630m in capital commitments.
