Apollo Global Management has launched a new private credit fund, Middle Market Apollo Institutional Private Lending, that will invest money from an affiliate of Mubadala Investment Company and other institutional investors, according to a report by Bloomberg. 
Middle-market private equity and credit investment firm Comvest Partners has closed its sixth flagship private equity fund, Comvest Investment Partners VI, with total capital commitments of $881m. 
Global multi-stage investment firm B Capital has closed its later-stage venture investments vehicle Opportunities Fund II with capital commitments of $750m, nearly doubling the size of its predecessor B Capital Opportunities Fund I. 
Kester Capital, a UK lower mid-market private equity firm, has held the final close of its latest fund, Kester Capital III, which was oversubscribed, at its hard cap of £200m, significantly in excess of its original £150m target.
Blackstone has partnered with Finland’s S-Bank to broaden access to its European private credit fund, with the latter creating a feeder fund that will invest its clients’ capital into the Blackstone European Private Credit Fund SICAV, according to a report by Alternative Credit Investor. 
Renewable energy infrastructure investor Excelsior Energy Capital has sold a portfolio of 38 solar energy and solar plus storage projects from its Excelsior Renewable Energy Investment Fund I portfolio to BlackRock’s Evergreen Infrastructure Partners Fund.
KSL Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on travel and leisure businesses, has closed its latest travel and leisure focused private equity fund, KSL Capital Partners VI, with total capital commitments of $2bn.
GoldenTree Asset Management, a global asset management firm with over $53bn in AUM, has held the closing of its new private credit fund with capital commitments of $1.35bn, surpassing its original target of $800m to $1bn.
European mid-market private equity firm Inflexion has closed the Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund III at its £1.75bn hard cap, making it the largest dedicated minority fund in Europe and 75% larger than its £1bn predecessor fund. 
YFM Equity Partners has closed its latest fund, British Smaller Companies Venture Capital Trusts, with £90m of committed funds in place, fulfilling its original £65m offer plus an overallotment facility of £25m.
