Â Before co-founding the firm, Mr. del Ama served as Head of Operations in the structured products business at Radian Asset Assurance. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman advising leading financial services firms in a range of strategy matters.
Mr. del Ama earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charter holder.
Jose C. Gonzalez is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Global X Funds, a New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds that facilitates access to investment opportunities across global markets. He is also the founder and Chairman of GWM Group, a New York-based broker dealer, which grew to $150 million in assets in 2 years, opening offices in New York, Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica. Throughout his career, Mr. Gonzalez has been involved in the asset management and brokerage business, having served roles at Prudential Securities, MAPFRE Inversion, and Banco Santander. Mr. Gonzalez has the series 7, 24, and 63.
