Jay Cipriano

Head of Private Equity and Real Estate - Investment Manager Services

Jay Cipriano serves as the Head of Private Equity and Real Estate for US-based alternative investment managers within SEI’s Investment Manager Services division. He is a resource for prospective and current alternative clients who have questions regarding their business challenges and infrastructure needs.

Previously, Jay was the Vice President and Managing Director of Business Development responsible for the growth of the US alternative investment business. He was also a Managing Director of the Solutions group; his team handled the positioning, packaging, pricing and launch of a number of successful products and services in the alternative and traditional back and middle office space. He was also the Managing Director of the Investor Services and Cash Administration Operations group, and Solution Manager within SEI’s Private Banking and Trust division. Prior to joining SEI over 16 years ago, he worked in the audit and consulting arms of Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia, PA.

Jay holds a Master’s degree in the Management of Technology degree from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering, and a B.A. in accounting from Franklin and Marshall College.

Donal O'Neill

Head of Business Development and Client Services EMEA, SEI Global Fund Services Limited

Based in Dublin, Ireland, Donal O’Neill was appointed as Head of Business Development and Client Services for EMEA at SEI Global Fund Services Ltd in May 2013. Donal has been with SEI since 2003 and held various managerial roles at the firm including heading up third party clients accounting operations.

Before joining SEI, Donal worked for BISYS Fund Services (Ireland) Limited as a Fund Administration Director, and had previously worked in accounting and auditing.

Donal is a Chartered Certified Accountant. He has worked in the funds industry for over twenty years and in an accounting environment for almost thirty years.

Donal has represented SEI in the Irish Funds Industry Association participating in numerous committees including the Technical Committee, the Alternatives Committee and had most recently chaired the Marketing and Events Committee.
