Golding opens new Milan office

Golding Capital Partners, a European alternative asset manager with more than €13.5 billion in assets under management across infrastructure, private credit, private equity, secondaries and impact, has opened a new office in Milan, Italy led by Lara Tardino, who joins the firm as a managing director.

Golding Capital Partners, a European alternative asset manager with more than €13.5 billion in assets under management across infrastructure, private credit, private equity, secondaries and impact, has opened a new office in Milan, Italy led by Lara Tardino, who joins the firm as a managing director.

The new office is part of Golding’s long-term international growth strategy and aim to make investment solutions for infrastructure, buyout, private credit and impact investing accessible to investors across Europe.

Tardino has 25 years of experience in capital investing, most recently as head of institutional business development at abrdn in Italy from 2015, where she was responsible for sales to pension funds, insurance companies, banks and foundations. 

Prior to that, she worked in various positions at BNPP Asset Management for fifteen years, including as market strategist and head of the institutional desk. She also has several years’ experience of managing alternative investment funds with globally diversified allocations.
