M/C Partners, a private equity firm focused on small and mid-size businesses in the communications and technology services sector, has promoted Ryan Carr, Abhishek (AB) Rampuria and Julia Senior to Partner from Vice President. Additionally, Arvind Viswanathan has been promoted to Senior Associate.
