Outdoor lifestyle apparel specialist SA Company (SA) has secured a strategic investment from TZP Group (TZP), through TZP Capital Partners III, LP, a private equity firm based in New York. 
TA Associate’s portfolio company RLDatix, a global provider of intelligent patient safety solutions, has acquired Verge Health, a credentialing software provider. 
Edison Partners, a growth equity firm, has co-led a USD7.8 million investment in Budderfly, a Shelton, Connecticut-based energy efficiency as a service (EEaaS) provider. The funds will enable Budderfly to accelerate sales amid higher demand for energy savings in the Covid-19 environment. Edison Partners co-led the round with Balance Point Capital, with additional participation from Connecticut Innovations. Mid-market private equity investor Livingbridge has agreed the sale of Ten10, a leading independent quality engineering and software testing consultancy, to Graphite Capital. The investment was originally made from Livingbridge’s Enterprise 1 fund.   Livingbridge established Ten10 in 2015, having identified the potential to create a market leader in the sector by acquiring and merging two existing companies, Centre4Testing and The Test People. Since then, Ten10 has become one of the fastest-growing software testing companies, with over 250 employees and offices in London, Leeds and Raleigh, North Carolina.  Its portfolio of blue-chip clients spans the financial, legal, retail, and public sectors.

Omnes, through its Omnes Mezzanis 3 fund, has completed its 8th sponsorless deal through its reinvestment in Biosyl, following its previous sponsorless deal with the company in 2019.Biosyl is a leading industrial player in France in manufacturing wood pellets. Omnes, already a shareholder in the group, has reinvested alongside the company founder.
