Private markets technology and platform provider Treble Peak has appointed Tim Hames as a Senior Adviser to support its growth in the sector.

Law firm Ogier has relocated Ridhiima Kapoor, a Senior Transactional Specialist in its investment funds and corporate teams in the Cayman Islands, to Dubai. She will continue to advise on the establishment, launch and maintenance of investment funds including hedge funds and private equity funds. 
US middle market private equity firm Gemspring Capital has completed the sale of insurance services holding company Insurvia to an affiliate of private investment firm BharCap Partners. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. 
Data Centre
French private investment firm Ardian has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Verne, a data centre platform headquartered in the UK and diversified across Northern Europe, from investment trust Digital 9 Infrastructure, in a deal worth up to £450m.
