Thomson Snell & Passmore advises on SE10 MBO

Law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore, has advised on the corporate restructure and Management Buy-Out (MBO) of SE10, and its related group companies.

SE10 is an integrated communications and public relations agency, specialising in strategic brand journalism and content marketing for international industrial business-to-business clients. The company has an international presence, providing expert services to world-class brands from its offices in London, Chicago and Singapore.
 
The corporate team advised the SE10 group on the restructure, which included the management buy-out of one of the founding partners. Thomson Snell & Passmore was required to project manage the various complex international elements, which involved liaising with lawyers in the UK, US and Singapore, as well as tax advisors in the various jurisdictions.
 
Following the restructuring, SE10 will now look to continue to develop its worldwide reputation, having already been ranked among PR Week’s Top 150 PR consultancies, as well as currently holding a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.
 
The transaction team at Thomson Snell & Passmore was led by Partner and Head of Corporate, Joanne Gallagher, and assisted by Corporate Senior Associate, Faye Cook. Ben Stepney, Senior Associate in the Employment team, advised on the employment aspects of the deal.
