Loren Boston joins C.P. Eaton as managing director

Placement agent C.P. Eaton Partners has appointed Loren A. Boston as managing director and a member of the management committee with responsibility for leading the firm’s private equity fundraising business.

With over 26 years of Wall Street experience, Boston (pictured) was previously managing director and global head of origination for Merrill Lynch’s private equity funds group.

From 1999 through early 2004 he was managing director and global head of the private equity fund group at Citigroup Global Markets.

Boston brings to C.P. Eaton a large network of relationships in the private equity community.  While at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup, he was responsible for many fund raising mandates for private equity strategies in the US, Europe and Asia.

Charles P. We have raised more than USD33bn across 57 funds representing the full spectrum of alternative investment strategies. We are always looking for the most talented investment managers and the best internal team to serve those clients, and Loren is an exceptional strategic addition to the existing team.”
