Lincoln International represents KRG Capital Partners in sale of Ansira Partners

Mid-market investment bank Lincoln International (Lincoln) has represented KRG Capital Partners (KRG) on it sale of sell Ansira Partners (Ansira) to Advent International Corporation (Advent). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Ansira is a premier data-driven, technology-enabled marketing solutions provider which integrates data analytics, CRM, localised marketing automation and performance media with best-in-class execution strategies. Together these capabilities drive ROI-measured marketing programs at a national and local level. Ansira's product offering focuses on the use of data-driven decision making, from marketing decisions and strategy recommendations to media / channel allocations and creative concepts. This offering is supported by the Company's unmatched ability to integrate, model and activate disparate first, second and third-party data sources. More than 150 leading brands trust Ansira to transform their marketing programs, nurture customer relationships, inform creative ideas and brand experiences and fuel consumer engagement while optimising the impact of marketing expenditures.

Denver-based private equity firm KRG acquired Ansira in 2012 and will exit its investment with this transaction.
