IGF bolsters regional presence with senior hires

Independent Growth Finance (IGF), a commercial finance provider for SMEs, has appointed two regional sales directors covering Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Danielle Hodgson joins as regional sales director for the firm’s invoice finance division, covering Yorkshire & the Humber. As the main contact for IGF’s clients in the region, she is responsible for developing relationships with existing and potential SME clients.
 
Hodgson joins the firm from Aldermore Bank, where she was a regional sales manager specialising in construction and trade financing.
 
Hodgson says: “Each of the management team at IGF has a fantastic career behind them and have brought the business into such an exciting place. I’m looking forward to working with businesses across Yorkshire to give them access to much-needed financial support.”
 
Simon Hooks also joins IGF Invoice Finance as regional sales director for the Midlands and Warwickshire, based out of IGF’s Birmingham office. He brings over 15 years of specialist invoice finance experience to the firm, having held similar roles at Ultimate Finance Group, Metro Bank and RBS Invoice Finance.
 
Hooks, says: “The Midlands still has many businesses who are not supported by mainstream lenders. IGF is an ambitious business with an excellent industry reputation, and I look forward to building its presence as a supporter for SMEs in the region.”
