Noerr has advised ChaoZhou Three-Circle (Group) Co (CCTC), a Chinese manufacturer of electronic components and high-tech ceramic products, in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Vermes Microdispensing, a German specialist in microdispensing systems.
Vermes Microdispensing, with headquarters in Otterfing near Munich, is a world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative microdispensing concepts and systems for adhesives, silicones, greases, solvents and other fluids. The solutions and products of Vermes Microdispensing are utilized in several areas. CCTC is a listed company with headquarters in Chaozhou, China with more than 6,000 employees. The company is ranked among the Top 10 of Chinaʼs electronic component manufacturers.
CCTC was advised on all aspects of the transaction by a team from Noerrʼs China desk led by Florian Becker and Robert Korndörfer.
