Activa Capital has promoted David Quatrepoint and Frédéric Singer to the position of Investment Director, five years after they joined the French private equity firm.
The pair joined Activa Capital’s investment team in 2014, first as Associates (2014-2016) and then as Managers (2016-2019).
Quatrepoint and Singer have been involved in all the transactions of Activa Capital Fund III fund (Active Assurances, Alliance Etiquettes, Atlas for Men, Be Relax, Explore, HR Path, LOOK Cycle and Mecadaq Group), the 16 build-ups of the fund and the first exit (HR Path).
Prior to joining Activa Capital, Quatrepoint and Singer both worked in mergers & acquisitions, respectively at Lincoln International and at Natixis Partenaires (formerly Leonardo & Co).
Quatrepoint is a graduate from the University of Paris Dauphine and EM Lyon. Singer is a graduate of the Master 225 (Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering) from the University of Paris Dauphine.
