Stephens has further enhanced its European corporate finance advisory team with the hiring of experienced industry professional Simon Tilley on its European investment banking team.
Privately-held Stephens began with an independent financial services firm founded in the US in 1933, and later established an investment banking presence across the Atlantic in 2014 – opening offices in London and Frankfurt. Stephens’ international corporate finance advisory business is led by a highly experienced team of professionals with expertise across many sectors, geographies and types of transactions. Tilley assumes the role of Managing Director, responsible for European sponsor coverage.
Tilley has joined Stephens from Inflexion Private Equity Partners, where he was Partner. Before this, Tilley spent 16 years at DC Advisory, which was previously Close Brothers Corporate Finance. For his last decade there, Tilley was Managing Director and Head of European Financial Sponsors.
