Mayer Brown has advised private equity firm CBPE Capital on its investment in Perspective Financial Group Limited, following approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.Perspective is a nationwide financial planning and wealth advisory business with a client centric culture, employing over 180 staff across 15 offices. It provides 18,000 clients with holistic and impartial financial advice to aid them in achieving their investment goals and objectives.
