Middle market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital has closed its fifth fund, Wynnchurch Capital Partners V, with USD2.277 billion of committed capital.
Middle market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital has closed its fifth fund, Wynnchurch Capital Partners V, with USD2.277 billion of committed capital.The Fund, which had a target of USD1.6 billion, was significantly oversubscribed, resulting in the Fund reaching its hard cap and closing quickly after its initial launch in September 2019.

Fund V investors include: state pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, insurance companies, corporate pension plans, investment advisors and family offices from around the globe.
