Dubin Clark & Company, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market specialty service and branded niche manufacturing businesses, has acquired Affordable Water Heaters and Plumbing, Inc (AWHAP).AWHAP is a in-home provider of water heater replacement, repair and installation services, including ancillary plumbing services. AWHAP has established a reputation for expertise, workmanship, and honesty that sets them apart in the market. AWHAP was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Valencia, California.
