Private equity group Innova Capital is to sell its 100 per stake in Trimo, a leading European producer of high quality façade and building envelope solutions, to Kingspan Group.
The parties have not disclosed the terms of the transaction.
Completion remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to take place during the fourth quarter of 2020.
“Not only were we able to achieve a very good return, but we have successfully transformed the company from a local champion into a truly international player,” says Andrzej Bartos, Senior Partner, who led the transaction for Innova.
