Premier Healthcare Professionals (PHP), an Atlanta-based healthcare staffing firm, has acquired Field Health Limited (Adevia Health), an international nurse recruiting firm.Adevia Health is based in London, England, with locations in South Africa, Nepal, Germany & Italy.

PHP has ambitious plans for growth in the United States and through this significant step, we will gain critical mass, and more importantly, a solution to help US Hospitals and our VMS partners with their critical nurse staffing needs,” says PHP CEO, Chris Eales sid.
“Adevia’s management will take leadership roles at PHP,” says Eric Allison, Director of Corporate Development. “With the addition of Adevia Health, we are confident that PHP’s group revenues will exceed $140MM in 2021, up from $84MM in 2020.”
“Adevia is our third investment in the past 12 months. We expect to announce additional healthcare staffing acquisitions to the PHP Group in the near future”, stated Allison.
