Kleinberg Kaplan adds Senior Counsel to Private Funds & Investment Management Practice

Boutique law firm Kleinberg Kaplan has appointed David Pentlow as Senior Counsel in the firm’s Private Funds & Investment Management Practice.

Pentlow has extensive experience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and other investors, financial institutions, and issuers – from start-ups to established public companies – in connection with securities offerings and other finance transactions, fund and product launches, SEC, CFTC and related regulatory matters, and other transactions.
