Full Sail IP Partners, an acquirer of leading brands, has acquired the Odwalla brand from the Coca-Cola Company.
Odwalla, a popular food and beverage brand, was founded in Santa Cruz, California in 1980 by three jazz musicians with a desire to nourish people everywhere, respect our planet, protect the soil, and create products good for the soul. Over the past 40 years, Odwalla has delivered delicious fruit juices, smoothies, and energy bars to consumers with fresh, plant-based ingredients. Its iconic brand represents, to countless consumers, nurturing food for the whole body.
