An affiliate of CenterGate Capital (CenterGate), an Austin-based private equity investment firm, has made an investment in RC Rasmussen Corporation (Rasmussen), a specialised equipment solutions provider supporting critical marine infrastructure throughout North America.
Established in 1936 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington with three additional locations in California, Louisiana, and Virginia, Rasmussen specialises in rental and sale of equipment and related parts and service support for the marine infrastructure market. Rasmussen is a complete solutions provider to its customers, offering one of the largest fleets of specialised winches, sectional floats, decking, and rigging gear to support essential marine infrastructure including bridge rehabilitation, dam maintenance, waterway dredging, and various other applications.
