The Riverside Company, a global private equity investor focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has divested its interest in Brookson Group Limited (Brookson) through a sale to People2.0, a TPG portfolio company.

Riverside acquired Brookson in November 2014 and added to the company with acquisitions of 1st Group in 2017 and InTouch Accounting in 2018.
