Coolbrook, a transformational technology and engineering company, has appointed Anders Borg as a Member of the Board. Borg spent almost a decade at leading global investment firm, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), where he was a Managing Director responsible for the Nordics and eCommerce investment in Europe.
In his role as a Board Member at Coolbrook, he will advise on financing as the company prepares its technology for commercial deployment by 2024.
Borg is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur and engineer who brings more than twenty years of experience in impact, ESG, and technology. In his role as Managing Director at KKR, he was deeply involved in the company’s ESG task force and responsible for large investment transactions for leading businesses in bioscience, software, and financial services, among others.
Coolbrook has recently signed collaboration agreements with major cement-makers CEMEX and UltraTech.
