His practice primarily focuses on the asset management industry, where he represents private equity firms, asset managers, wealth managers and other financial services firms, investors and other participants, in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
His experience includes acquisitions and sales of asset managers, minority investments in traditional and alternative asset management firms, fund adoptions, management buyouts and investment team lift-outs.
