21 Centrale Partners promotes two to partner

21 Centrale Partners has promoted Fabrice Voituron and Antoine Vigneron to partner.

Voituron joined 21 in 2012 as principal. He is involved in following 21’s participations in Skill&You, DGF and Impact.
Prior to joining 21, he spent 11 years at Omnes Capital as a principal in LBO and development covering investments and exits, fundraising and transversal topics for the management company.
Vigneron joined 21 in 2007 as an associate and was successively promoted investment manager in 2011 and principal in 2014. He is involved is following 21’s participations in Synerlab and Oberthur and was recently implicated in the cession of Digital Virgo.
Prior to joining 21, Vigneron spent five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led acquisition audits for investment funds.
