BaltCap Growth Fund, together with I Asset Management, a Lithuanian private equity firm, has invested in Dr VET, which operates five veterinary clinics in Vilnius.
IAM Petcare Growth Fund acquired 65 per cent of the shares of Vet Ventures, a holding company of the clinics, BaltCap Growth Fund’s stake is 35 per cent.
Vet Ventures employs 60 people and plans to acquire and open additional clinics later this year.
