Excellere Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm specialising in partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams through recapitalisations and management buyouts, has appointed Jacque Vedra as CFO and Tracie Kelly as Director of Marketing. In addition, Tyler Ashley has been promoted to Vice President.
Vedra comes to Excellere from Ascentris, a real estate private equity firm, where she served as its Chief Financial Officer. Jacque is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant. In her new role, Vedra will lead Excellere’s finance and accounting function, and will provide additional management depth in the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Kelly brings over 18 years of private equity marketing, communications and origination experience, and has worked closely with Excellere for the past seven years. As the Director of Marketing, Tracie will lead the day-to-day execution of Excellere’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall brand strategy.
Ashley joined Excellere in 2019 as an Associate, and is responsible for the strategic execution and management of Excellere’s origination efforts, which includes the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities. He works closely with Excellere’s deal team professionals to facilitate the execution of firmwide origination activities.
