ECI Partners, a growth-focused mid-market private equity firm, has further expanded its Origination Team with the appointment of Tsvetelina Delcheva as an Origination Manager.
Delcheva joins ECI from working in Origination within FTI Consulting’s Transaction Services team, where she was responsible for tracking deal pipelines, identifying relevant investments for private equity funds, and shortlisting suitable acquisition targets.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Delcheva was a Manager at Gerson Lehrman Group, where she managed a portfolio of private equity and investment firms, with a focus on mid-market private equity firms based in the DACH region.
Tsvetelina is ECI’s second hire into the Origination Team in the last two months, with Victoria Gustavsson having joined the team as an Analyst in February.
