Squire Patton Boggs has continued the expansion of its global private equity practice in Europe with the addition of two new partners in France.
Private equity lawyer Anthony Guillaume has been appointed a Corporate partner and acquisition leverage finance lawyer Benjamin Marché has been appointed partner in the Financial Services Practice in the firm’s Paris office. Guillaume joins from the Corporate group at DLA Piper, and Marché joins from Shearman & Sterling in Paris.
