TMT Investments, a venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, has appointed Andrea Nastaj to the Board as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Nastaj has been appointed a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, succeeding Petr Lanin. The Board of TMT wishes to thank Lanin for his contribution to the company’s growth and development over more than 11 years.
Nastaj is an experienced executive within the financial sector, having held senior positions at a number of financial institutions.
