Private equity firm Thomas H Lee Partners (THL) has appointed Sam Hendler as managing director and head of business development for the firm’s healthcare investment group.
Private equity firm Thomas H Lee Partners (THL) has appointed Sam Hendler as managing director and head of business development for the firm’s healthcare investment group.
Hendler, who brings over 20 years of experience as an M&A advisor to premier middle-market companies, will lead the firm’s continued work in identifying growth opportunities across the healthcare market.
Hendler will join other senior leaders of the Healthcare group in developing new Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs) for future investment and building and maintaining relationships with management teams, investors, and advisors across the healthcare market.
Prior to joining Thomas H Lee Partners, Hendler served as a managing director at Harris Williams, where he established and managed the firm’s global healthcare IT practice.
