Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), in partnership with Everstone Capital Partners (Everstone), is to acquire Cprime, an information technology services management company, from engineering consulting services provider ALTEN Group, for a reported $360 million.
Founded in 2003 with roots in Silicon Valley, Cprime provides enterprise-level strategic consulting and technical solutions to businesses across more than 50 industries.
Post-acquisition, Cprime will continue to operate under the leadership of its current CEO and management team.
