As part of the transaction, d&b’s management team, led by CEO Amnon Harman, will re-invest alongside Providence and continue to develop the company.
Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Backnang, Germany, d&b’s manufacturing division, d&b audiotechnik, is a specialist in sound reinforcement systems in installed and mobile applications. d&b solutions meanwhile, the service-focused side of the business, provides audio, video, lighting and xR services, covering system planning, installation, maintenance and managed services.
