Philadelphia-based private equity firm Renovus Capital Partners (Renovus) has promoted both Lee Minkoff and Moe Tufail to Managing Directors, from their previous roles as Principal and Director of Business Development, respectively.
Renovus also promoted Pat Heath to Vice President from his previous role as Senior Associate.
The firm was founded in 2010 and manages over $1bn in AUM, focusing on the lower middle-market across the knowledge and talent industries.
