Law fim Sidley Austin LLP has named the private equity finance team of Jay Sadanandan, Sam Hamilton, Fergus O’Domhnaill, Joe Kimberling, and Ben Wright as partners in the firm’s Global Finance practice in London.
The group joins Sidley from Latham & Watkins, with Sadanandan and Hamilton serving as Global Co-Heads of the firm’s Leveraged Finance practice.
Sadanandan and Hamilton each have more than two decades of experience in advising on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated loans, private credit financings, bank/bond financings, bridge financings, public-to-private takeover financings, hybrid instruments, junior debt, investment grade loans, and post-IPO facilities.
O’Domhnaill, Kimberling, and Wright meanwhile, have worked together with Sadanandan and Hamilton for many years and have an established track record of advising on some of the most high-profile and complex transactions within the European and US leveraged finance markets.
