Investment bank Cavendish has appointed Roger Lee as its new Head of Equity Strategy to develop a new equity strategy product with a UK focus. Lee joins from Investec Bank where he held the role of Head of UK Equity Strategy.
At Investec, Lee created the firm’s new Equity strategy product – ranked number two in the 2023 SMID Institutional Investor survey.
Prior to Investec, he built up over two decades of experience in equity sales, including roles at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC James Capel. Lee began his career in 1988 at KPMG and is a Chartered Accountant.
Lee will report to Michael Johnson, Head of Sales & Corporate Broking.
