Golub Capital has led a $300m private credit financing package to support Gridiron Capital’s acquisition of US residential pest control provider Greenix, according to a report by Bloomberg citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.
The deal saw participation from Churchill Asset Management, Morgan Stanley’s private credit unit, and Apogem Capital. Financial terms of the debt structure have not been disclosed.
Gridiron is acquiring Greenix from Riata Capital Group, which backed the company in 2020. Headquartered in Utah, Greenix operates across 16 states, specialising in eco-friendly pest control services for residential customers.
