Global real estate special situations firm Revetas Capital has appointed Ryan Baltimore as Senior Vice President for the Revetas USA team to support the expansion of the firm’s’ platform capabilities across the United States.
Baltimore brings over 13 years of real estate experience, including five years in executive leadership roles. His
areas of expertise include deal structuring and acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets, making
him well-positioned to advance Revetas’ US growth strategy.
Before joining Revetas, Baltimore was a Director at Bain Capital Real Estate and previously spent more than a decade
at a large publicly traded REIT focused on multifamily housing across the United States. Most recently, he
served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing acquisitions, development, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations, and was directly involved in transactions totaling over $2bn.
